These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChatterBudz mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Territory Cybernetics Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”). By accessing or using ChatterBudz, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ChatterBudz. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• You will not use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• You will not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services.

4. Content

You retain ownership of the content you share on ChatterBudz, but you grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Services. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a manner that could cause harm.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
